Dedicated to prudent operation, LONGi has been working with its customers and partners to continuously improve its governance capabilities, standardize its internal control system and risk management mechanism, and comply with business ethnics for honest and efficient operation. The company strives to maintain sustainable development even after the solar sector enters the era of subsidy-free grid parity. LONGi will establish a Director of Sustainability Officer(CSO), who will serve as the Director of the Office of Sustainability and Climate Action (ESG Officer) and report regularly to the Director of the Corporate Sustainability Management Committee on the progress of our sustainability efforts at least four times per year. The frequency of reporting to the Board Strategy Committee will be at least once a year.We have established an ESG Compliance Group within our Sustainability Management Committee, which is responsible for monitoring sustainability-related risks and compliance. The ESG Group will develop models to identify and assess the impact of climate change and ESG-related risks (including reputational risks) on the business development of the company. 【Note: Risk appetite is usually set by the company's risk management department, which is not reflected in the ESG management system】. LONGi has always been a believer in reliable, prudent, long-term sustainability, valuing the company life rather than short-term growth in the product life cycle.
