2025.10.30

29th-30th October | Melbourne,Australia -The Southern Hemisphere’s largest renewable energy exhibition, All Energy Australia 2025, opened in Melbourne with great anticipation. As a global leader in solar technology, LONGi joined forces with its exclusive Australian distributed partner Raystech to present a powerful lineup of new products, including the EcoLife Premium Residential Module, the Hi-MO X10 Lightweight Module, and the Hi-MO 9 High-Efficiency Module.

Spanning residential, commercial & industrial (C&I), and utility-scale applications, LONGi’s latest innovations embody cutting-edge technology and high efficiency—illuminating Oceania’s clean energy future.

Hi-MO Series Takes Center Stage: Multi-Scenario Innovations Shine

Australia’s abundant sunlight and growing electricity demand present both opportunity and challenge. Leveraging HPBC 2.0 cell technology and in-house TaiRay wafers, LONGi delivers a suite of solutions balancing efficiency, aesthetics, and safety for the local market.

At this year’s show, the full Hi-MO lineup was on display—from residential rooftops to large-scale power plants—attracting strong attention and acclaim from visitors and industry professionals alike.

The EcoLife module embodies the harmony of beauty and performance. Featuring a 54-cell, dual-glass, all-black design, it achieves up to 25% efficiency and 510W maximum power output. The 0BB (busbar-free) design delivers a sleek, minimalist appearance while ensuring superior reliability and long-term durability—making it a timeless energy solution for modern homes.

Designed to address the structural challenges of Australian C&I rooftops—where limited load-bearing capacity often hinders installation—the Hi-MO X10 Lightweight Module redefines safety and convenience.

l Weight: Only 7.2kg/m², reducing load by over 32% compared to standard single-glass modules

l Power Output: Up to 560W, with 24.8% efficiency

l Technology: Powered by HPBC 2.0, offering anti-shading and fire prevention features

In Australia’s naturally shaded environments—where trees, dust and bird droppings are common—the Hi-MO X10 maintains an average operating temperature ~7.43°C lower than comparable TOPCon modules, minimizing hot-spot risks and ensuring long-term safety and performance.

At this exhibition, LONGi’s Hi-MO 9 series modules showcased not only their comprehensive advantages in efficiency and reliability but also highlighted their exceptional hail resistance — a key assurance for stable operation of solar plants under Australia’s unpredictable weather conditions.

Engineered to withstand extreme environments, the Hi-MO 9 hail-resistant modules feature industry-leading impact resistance. Rigorously tested, the modules can endure hailstones up to 55 mm in diameter striking at a velocity of 33.9 m/s. Even when installed at a 30° tilt, the modules maintain their structural integrity and power output, effectively reducing generation losses and maintenance costs caused by hail damage.

With superior mechanical load capacity and an all-scenario design, Hi-MO 9 sets a new benchmark for durability and adaptability. Beyond delivering higher efficiency, it ensures resilient, long-term performance — empowering Australian solar projects to operate reliably and generate clean energy, no matter the weather.

Except for the advanced solar products, the on-site “Anti-Shading Demonstration Zone” became one of the exhibition’s highlights, where attendees witnessed firsthand the superior performance of HPBC 2.0 technology. Even under partial shading, LONGi modules maintained stable and efficient output—proving their reliability under real-world conditions.

This time, LONGi and Raystech signed a new round of strategic MOU and stated that they will achieve 2GW sales volume target between 2026 to 2028, to deepen the strategic layout in Australia market. With a dual-booth presentation, featuring dedicated displays for residential and C&I product portfolios, LONGi and Raystech will continue to drive solar industry advancement through innovation—delivering high-efficiency, reliable, and sustainable solutions to empower partners and communities across Australia.
