Technical Highlights
Efficient Adaptation: 645W high-power modules reduce bracket usage by 25%, lowering roof load pressure. Micro Crack Risk Resistant Design: Matches the thermal expansion and contraction characteristics of color steel tiles, certified by IEC 60068-2-68, ensuring stable operation in the high-temperature, high-humidity environment of the ceramic plant. Power Generation Gain: HPBC 2.0 cell conversion efficiency reaches 24.8%, and it maintains stable output even during insufficient morning and evening light. This enables this rooftop power station to generate electricity for 2.1 more hours per day on average, shortening the investment payback period.

Project Highlights

Guangdong Tianbi Ceramics Company is a large modern enterprise producing architectural ceramics, operating six modern professional ceramic production lines with sales agent networks spread overseas. Driven by both electricity costs and green transformation, they decided to build a PV power station.

This PV power station has a high capacity of 17 MW, with an average annual power generation exceeding 20 million kWh. It saves ¥12,000,000 CNY (approx. $1,687,764 USD) in electricity costs annually and generates about ¥1,000,000 CNY (approx. $140,647 USD) in electricity sales revenue per year. Over 25 years, it will reduce CO2 emissions by approximately 500,000 tons, bringing both economic and environmental benefits to Tianbi Ceramics.
