Technical Highlights
Anti-dust: The modules feature efficient anti-dust functionality, significantly reducing dust accumulation and lowering maintenance frequency. Simultaneously, they enable rainwater self-cleaning during rainfall, reducing power generation losses caused by dust accumulation, ensuring maximum revenue for the power station. Anti-shading: Equipped with a built-in bypass diode-like structure, even when encountering complex shadows from parapets or other structures, current can automatically divert to unobstructed paths, ensuring a 33% reduction in power loss for the entire string. Prevents localized overheating: When bird droppings or leaves cause partial shading, the current can intelligently bypass the blocked area, preventing localized overheating, eliminating fire risks at the source, and significantly reducing the risk of module failure and spontaneous combustion, keeping the owner away from fire hazards.

Project Highlights

Hebei Kangbeier Food Company is a leading enterprise in Qiu County's food industry cluster. Considering that PV power generation can not only provide electricity for production, offsetting electricity costs during peak price hours and significantly reducing high electricity expenses, but also help Kangbeier achieve a green transformation, the owner decided to install a PV power station on the idle rooftop.

This PV power station utilizes 68,000 square meters of rooftop to install 6 MW of LONGi Hi-MO X10 650W triple-protection modules. The estimated annual power generation is 8.4 million kWh, saving ¥3,900,000 CNY (approx. $548,523 USD) in electricity costs annually and generating ¥450,000 CNY (approx. $63,291 USD) in electricity sales revenue per year. Over 25 years, it can save energy and reduce carbon emissions by over 200,000 tons, equivalent to planting 1.1 million trees.
