Technical Highlights
Industry-leading HPBC 2.0 technology delivers 24.8% efficiency, outperforming TOPCon by 30W or more on a per-panel basis. Under leaf shading conditions, Hi-MO X10 maintains ≤80°C compared to TOPCon’s 180°C, significantly reducing fire risks with its "fire prevention badge." Innovative I-shaped welding resists micro-cracks, supporting 5,400Pa front and 2,400Pa back loads to withstand snowstorms and typhoons. Dual POE film and UV-resistant sealing materials combat humidity, salt corrosion, and extreme temperatures.

Project Highlights

Zhongrui Auto Parts—a leading designer and manufacturer of car body structural parts—faced soaring electricity bills. Funded by Shanghai Jiao Yun Group (subsidiary of Jiushi Group), a 1.43 MW Hi-MO X10 solar plant was installed on its rooftop. During the construction process:

· Fixed pre-existing roof leaks during the installation of PV systems.

· Reinforced aging workshops without interrupting production, overcoming complex safety challenges.

· Optimized tilt angles to eliminate glare issues for neighboring residents.

Annual output: 1.9 million kWh, cutting 585 tonnes of coal consumption and 1,600 tonnes of CO₂ emissions. This project sets a benchmark for industrial PV adoption, highlighting LONGi's technological leadership in the industry.
