Notice on Reiterating LONGi's Non-disclosure Requirements to Suppliers
Dear LONGi supply partners,
Recently there has been a trade secret leakage incident. A supplier took the liberty to publish information about its cooperation with LONGi on WeChat official accounts, Internet forums, news and other platforms, detailing the cooperation project that was confidential at that time.
In order to protect mutual interests, avoid similar incidents, reduce secret-leakage risks, we are now reiterating non-disclosure requirements to suppliers.
1. Suppliers must comply with terms stated in the Supplier's Non-disclosure Commitment, Supplier Non-disclosure Agreement or similar agreements.
2. Without authorization, a supplier must not publish information about its cooperation with LONGi, including but not limited to research directions, capacity demand, time-line, road-map, design scheme, drawings, production line layout, or cooperation status, etc.
3. A supplier who wish to publish LONGi-related information must ask LONGi’s related departments (such as technology R&D, supply chain) to review the contents beforehand.
4. When visiting LONGi’s production bases, a supplier must follow the local confidentiality rules.
All supply partners are kindly asked to observe LONGi's confidentiality rules and requirements. LONGi reserves the rights to affix accountability and heavy punishments on those undeniably breached the confidentiality requirements.
