Project Overview

  • Project Type
    C&I Rooftop
    Project Location
    China | Hebei
  • Project Capacity
    5.7 MW
    Product Type
    Hi-MO X10
Technical Highlights
Hi-MO X10 PV modules use HPBC 2.0 cell technology, achieving a module efficiency of 24.8% and a maximum power of 670W, over 30W higher than TOPCon modules. Its unique built-in bypass diode-like structure effectively solves the common shading problem in distributed scenarios: when parts of the module are shaded by objects like roof pipes or surrounding buildings, the blocked current can intelligently bypass the obstructed area, ensuring the power output of the entire cell string. Module power loss is reduced by over 70% compared to TOPCon products, while significantly lowering the hot spot temperature, preventing fire risks, and comprehensively ensuring roof safety.

Project Highlights

Tangshan Wancen New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. primarily sells new energy vehicle battery swap facilities and smart power transmission, distribution, and control equipment. The electric heavy-duty truck charging station it operates faces high industrial electricity costs. Seeking to reduce core operational costs and deeply align with Tangshan's strong policy direction promoting the green transformation of the steel industry, the company aimed to build a PV power station.

The owner installed 5.7 MW of Hi-MO X10 PV modules on a 35,000 m² roof. The annual power generation is 6.84 million kWh, supplying not only the enterprise's factory operations but also directly providing green electricity to the electric heavy-duty truck charging station. It saves ¥5,000,000 CNY (approx. $703,235 USD) in electricity costs annually, building multiple advantages in economic benefits, policy alignment, and long-term competitiveness.
