Recently, the "National Quality Standard Laboratory for the Photovoltaic Industry," conducted by LONGi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd., was successfully selected for the first batch of cultivation and construction list of national quality standard laboratories upon approval by the State Administration for Market Regulation. It has become the only national quality standard laboratory currently approved for construction in China's photovoltaic field.

The National Quality Standard Laboratory is a national-level technological innovation platform established in accordance with the Outline for Building a Quality Country. It mainly undertakes tasks such as organizing and implementing basic and applied research on major quality standards in the industry, developing and promoting high-level quality standards, and gathering and training outstanding talents in quality standards. Building national quality standard laboratories is a key component of the quality infrastructure upgrading and efficiency improvement initiative in the construction of a quality power.
Relying on LONGi's profound technical accumulation and industry influence, the "National Quality Standard Laboratory for the Photovoltaic Industry" will focus on key quality links throughout the entire chain, including product design, production control, testing and experimentation, and management systems. Centering on the core direction of monocrystalline cell and photovoltaic module research and development, it will systematically carry out research on key, common, and forward-looking technologies in the photovoltaic field, covering five key areas: research on typical quality characteristics of photovoltaic cells, research on testing and evaluation technology for photovoltaic module safety performance, advanced processes of photovoltaic materials and quality improvement across the industrial chain, research on quality engineering technology and quality management models for photovoltaic modules, and research on quality reliability standards for photovoltaic products and construction of basic databases. It will provide fundamental, strategic, and leading support for the high-quality development of the industry in terms of quality technology and standards.
