Zhangpu Tianfu Hospital, renowned for its state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment equipment, operates 24/7, consuming a significant amount of electricity daily. To reduce energy costs and enhance sustainability, the hospital has installed a 2.1 MW solar power station on all carports and select rooftops within its campus. Given the high volume of patients, including the elderly and children, and the presence of sensitive medical equipment, the hospital had stringent requirements for the solar modules, focusing on power generation, safety, shading tolerance, and fire resistance.
The project, invested in by Xiamen Yiwei New Energy Technology Co.,Ltd. features Hi-MO X10 modules. The installed capacity of 2.1 MW is expected to generate 2.7 million kWh annually, with a 90% self-consumption rate. This translates to annual savings of RMB 1.7 million in electricity costs and RMB 120,000 in electricity sales revenue. Over 30 years, the system is expected to generate 81 million kWh, yielding an estimated total return of RMB 51 million while reducing CO₂ emissions by 66,000 tons.
Hi-MO X10 modules have lived up to expectations, delivering quicker investment returns and higher quality for both investors and business owners. The choice of Hi-MO X10 modules reflects Xiamen Yiwei New Energy Technology Co.'s commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technology for sustainable energy solutions. This decision sets a new standard for energy efficiency and environmental responsibility in the healthcare sector.
