During this year's "430" installation rush, Shandong Weiwang Hezong Energy Technology Co., Ltd successfully connected a 10.3MW Hi-MO X10 distributed PV power station to the grid, emerging as the top performer of the installation rush. The station, located in Zibo City, Shandong, features 650W high-efficiency BC modules, with an annual power generation exceeding 12.35 million kWh. With annual electricity sales revenue surpassing 5 million CNY, the project is expected to reach its return on investment in just 5.5 years, after which it is expected to generate over 5 million CNY in annual profits from electricity sales.
The rooftop of the project spans 100,000 square meters. Using conventional modules, only 9.7MW of capacity could be installed, leading to lower investment returns and wasting premium rooftop resources. Thanks to meticulous planning from the design team, the project successfully installed 16,128 Hi-MO X10 PV modules, achieving a capacity of 10.3MW without increasing the rooftop area. Compared to conventional modules, this system adds 600kW of capacity, translating to an additional annual income of 250,000 CNY—equivalent to the price of a Tank 300 off-road vehicle.
